SUMMER SCHOOL 2018: 'MY OTHER TONGUE':

HOW TO DEVELOP AUTONOMOUS WORK IN THE SOCIAL DOMAIN?

Leading topic: language and psychiatry

Location: Beautiful Distress, Amsterdam and residency The Fifth Season, Den Dolder, Utrecht (work and exhibition space)

Students: Open for all disciplines, from 3rd year on. (BA / MA / alumni)

Depending on your school a number of ECT points is granted

Programme: 10.00 - 21.00 each day except weekend

WHAT TO DO:

Send your motivation (max 1 A4), resume and small portfolio consisting of 5 photos of recent work to: summerschool@vijfde-seizoen.nl. Deadline submissions: 10 June 2018.

The following topics will be treated:

During eight days you will be inspired by these and other questions in a programme of excursions, lectures by guest teachers, assignments and debate. Last years guest were artists and psychiatrists: Annaleen Louwes, Bik van der Pol, Laurence Aegerter (Fr/NL) , Etcetera (AR), Sayaka Abe (JP), Esther Vossen, Wilco Tuinebreijer, Durf te Dromen, Altrecht GGZ.

The process and results will be on show at Beautiful Distress in Amsterdam from 8 July - 26 August.
