Summer School 2018: 'My Other Tongue', 8 July - 18 July
The Summer School 2018: ‘My Other Tongue’ will start on Monday the 9th of July. During the Summer School, a group of 12 participants will focus on art, language and psychiatry. Artists Marieke Zwart and Dirk van Lieshout will be coaches for the participants. During the Summer School, we will work from the residency in Den Dolder, and from Beautiful Distress Project Space in Amsterdam.
Many interesting speakers from the world of psychiatry and from the art world have been invited to speak at the Summer School. There will also be room for discussion, practical assignments and workshops. At the end of the Summer School, all participant will present their work in a group exhibition at Beautiful Distress Project Space in Amsterdam near NDSM Wharf, from the 18th of July up until July 26.
