Audrey van der Krogt

Audrey van der Krogt is a sculptor and performance artist. In Het Vijfde Seizoen she made life-sized sculptures of unbaked clay that are affected by exterior influences. As a result, the images move, change in appearance and ultimately crumble apart. She also made small sculptures out of animation clay, a peep-show box and drawings. A number of these can be seen in the booklet 'Lievebout schatteling' (Sweetling Darheart). Those were the words by which one of the patients addressed her. His counsellors had ordered him to stop bothering young women with the endearments sweetheart or darling.
